Art With Joanne
Workshops
Each class runs approxiamately an hour to an hour and a half. I will provide all supplies needed to make the project. I will need tables covered, chairs and access to a sink and outlet.
Ages 3 -5 with parent
I believe the parents have just as much fun as the kids do in these workshops. The imagination of the child combined with guidance and help from the parent creates a bond through art.
Ages 6 - 9
Helping to build confidence and give the child a chance to make his or her own descions. I truly believe there is no right or wrong way to art. Following your gut instincts and feelings help to develop problem solving and choosing which colors to use and how to apply it to the
projects
Ages 10-up to young adult
At this age having the freedom to choose and create something on their own. Expressing their own technique as well as style. I encourage and I am open to hearing their ideas as well.
We can all learn from each other.
Adults
I believe there is a little artist inside all of us. You dont have to know how to draw a straight line to create and develop a masterpiece. I find alot of the adults will express how relaxing the class was afterwards. We all experience some stress at times and I feel this is a wonderful outlet.
